32-Page Web
The LITHOMAN 32-page full web offers speed, power, and savings. It has double-circumference plate and blanket cylinders for high-volume production of fine magazines and catalogs. A 22 ¾" cut-off is very efficient for 10 7/8" pages.
The press features include 32-page long-grain production, automatic plate changing, excellent print quality, closed-loop color, and a versatile combination folder. Depending on paper stock, the press can fold up to 32-page quarter-fold signatures or up to 64 pages of a digest-size product.
16-Page Full Web
Our twin manroland ROTOMAN 38" full webs feature 23 9/16" cut-offs for up to 11" full-bleed products. Both blaze through jobs at 50,000 IPH feeding automated combo folders and log bundlers. Both have closed-loop color for consistent precision and ink register. Automation systems ensure fast makereadies and low paper waste.
Our five-color “538” features an in-line perforator, combination folder, sheeter, and log bundler. The four-color “438” has an enhanced combo folder that streams 4- and 8-page signatures, in addition to 16-page configurations. We also employ a rotary trimmer, allowing the delivery of “finish trimmed” products off of our four-color web press.
Sheetfed Presses
Our sheetfed presses are loaded with digital automation to reduce waste, for fast makeready, and bulls-eye accuracy. Challenge your imagination with multiple spot colors, varnishes, and coatings. With run speeds up to 13,000 impressions per hour, our presses are fine-tuned for consistent fidelity. We also have a UV press for spot or flood high-gloss coatings.
Digital Presses
Enter the exciting world of on-demand digital printing, personalization, and proofing with our HP Indigo 5000 digital presses. The Indigo's rich, vibrant color rivals sheetfed printing. Variable data engines enable custom text, data, and image fields. The presses can print a sheet of 12" x 18", generating 4,000 pages per hour.
